Cottage Review:

Rock cottage sits a 2 minute walk above Bakewell. Location is perfect. Parking for one car, we have a large 4x4 and there was plenty of room directly outside the cottage.

The cottage was spotlessly clean. The owner should be very proud. The lovely lady also leaves a welcome pack which includes a posh bottle of something and yummy biscuits. Bed linen, toilet rolls, kitchen essentials including tea, coffee and sugar are all waiting for you, there is even milk in the fridge.

The bed was made up and the en-suite is large and the shower big enough for

Cottage Review:

We really enjoyed our week stay in Bakewell and this cottage was a big part of the reason. It is very comfortable with all the basic requirement catered for. It has a good bed, good shower and good kitchen. They also allow dogs which was essential for us. Also easy parking in the allocated spot right outside the front door.

The cottage is a short walk (5 mins) into Bakewell which gives access to several nice pubs, cafes and shops. There is also a large Co-Op and a Spar in town if needed. It should be noted however that there is a steep walk up to the cottage

Cottage Review:

We booked for an easter break only to find out that we were the first to stay here. The owners, Jacquie and her husband, were waiting for us to arrive to show us around and they were so proud of their place - and rightly so it was amazing down to the last detail.

I could not recommend staying here enough and our dog thoroughly loved the treats in the tin!

So thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we will be back to stay again I have no doubt.
