Ridgeback House is a large and modern self catering holiday home in the village of Mullion on the Lizard Peninsula in south Cornwall. This spacious property is ideally located for those that love the village of Mullion and all that has to offer, a great local atmosphere that is always warm and welcoming with easy access to Mullion Cove and Pollurrian beach with several other coves within easy walking distance along the south-west coastal footpath. Ridgeback House is large property and also benefits from a purpose built games room at the end of the garden with a pool table so that kids have space of their own to relax and enjoy. Perfect if you are looking for a large and modern holiday home in a beautiful village of Mullion, ideal for families with young children with Wi-Fi and easy access to a range of beaches.

Ridgeback House has a large lounge with sofas and sofa chairs that seat up to 8 people along with a wall mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen with its own breakfast bar seating four people is contemporary and modern in design with an electric oven and hob, plenty of storage space with a range of built-in units and an American style fridge freezer. There are doors in the kitchen that open to the outdoor space where you will find a large and enclosed lawned and patio garden with the games room at the opposite end of the garden. There is a formal dining area with large table providing plenty of space for meals together seating up to 8 people.

The four bedrooms at Ridgeback House in Mullion all have their own modern flatscreen TVs and all are modern in design with comfortable furnishings and bedding. These include the super king-size bedroom that has its own ensuite shower room with a walk-in double shower. There are two additional bedrooms that have super king-size beds, both of these can be split into twin beds on request and a further twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, modern with a bath and shower over the bath and an additional shower room with a walk-in shower, both of these have their own wash hand basins and a WC.
