Description of the holiday cottage
The top floor apartment at Redcliffe in Caswell Bay offers amazing views over the beach with the ocean beyond from this superb, modern holiday apartment that is situated in an enviable location with a stunning balcony. Caswell Bay is a beautiful and popular sandy beach in a fantastic location, set on the south-east edge of the Gower and yet just a five minute drive to the popular village of Mumbles and further to the city of Swansea. The top floor apartment at Redcliffe is ideal for couple looking for a modern holiday apartment, spectacular views over the beach and enjoy those little added touches of luxury including underfloor heating throughout. The superb reception room has a smart TV and DVD player as well as a music player with Bluetooth Connection and Wi-Fi, perfect if you love your gadgets and have to have the internet. There is a good size reclining sofa set against the wall that looks out over the balcony so that you can enjoy the sea views from the comfort of your own sofa. There is an additional leather armchair that faces the headland end of Caswell Bay for an alternative perspective. The apartment has a table with two chairs set by the expansive windows offering direct access out onto the balcony. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances including a double oven, slimline dishwasher and a fridge freezer as well as a ceramic hob and a top loading washing machine. In all, the space is extremely well presented and allows you to take advantage of some stunning views. There is one bedroom at the top floor apartment and has a king-size bed with window that looks through to the lounge and further to the sea views. There is wall mounted TV, wardrobes and dressing table in this romantic double bedroom. The modern bathroom has designer touches with beautiful mirror set above the modern single, heated towel rail, WC and a large shower cubicle.
