| Cottage Review:
We have just had a very comfortable week in Rafters. On the positive side the cottage was well equipped, spacious and clean. It is in a great location for visiting all that Northumberland has to offer. The garden is safe and enclosed for both dogs and children. However just a few suggestions on how to improve things- there is very little information in the cottage regarding the heating and water system. Also very little information on the best places to visit which is a shame for those who do not know Northumberland. The dustbin day was actually Thursday and not Wednesday as stated and it would have been helpful to know which colour bin to put out! The garden furniture was tired looking so could do with an upgrade along with the kitchen which has seen better days. Despite this we had a lovely week but as more people are doing stay- cations expectations are bound to be higher especially as the cottage was quite expensive. |
