| Cottage Review:
Loved Polcreek Farmhouse! It was just perfect than for our needs, a group of 7 adults and 2 dogs, space for everyone and a living room and dining room big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us at once. We particularly loved that this felt a very personal and homely experience, far removed from the average bland holiday home. Lovely grounds outside too, fairly short walk to the cliffs and beaches, and so, so quiet, no road noise of any sort. Please bear in mind there is only one bathroom (extra toilet downstairs, and shower and toilet outside for returning from the beach), but if en suite is essential for you, look elsewhere. For us, perfect, though, historic house full of fascination and wonderful nooks and crannies to explore inside and out. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. |

Just returned from staying at pole creek farmhouse in Veryan Cornwall the house is spacious and homely with plenty of space for the dogs ,of which six are allowed. Veryan is an ideal base to discover plenty of Cornwall nearby such as the fal river, tressilick gardens carne beach and nare head all of which we enjoyed whilst we were there. We had a lovely welcome of a homemade fruit loaf and fresh flowers.there was plenty of board games, puzzles and books left for guests to enjoy. Will definitely return |

| Cottage Review:
As the title suggests we loved the view to sea from the master bedroom. In the garden you could sit by the fence and hear just the sounds of nature (livestock grazing, swallows and house martins chirping). We had 3 dogs with us and the garden was great for them. Kitchen was well equipped, Wi-Fi had good speed and the rooms were all spacious. As were were here in the summer the stone floors were nice and cool.
