Description of the self catering property

Pine Cottage is a 2 bedroom holiday cottage on the Maenporth Estate that sleeps up to 5 people with a double bedroom and a family bedroom. Set in a nice location on the estate, the lounge doors open out onto a patio area with a table and chairs and then the wide open lawned areas. Pine Cottage has a modern and open plan style, with a table and chairs in the dining area that seats up to 6 people. To the side is the living area with two sofas that face the flat screen tv and then the French doors to the patio.

There is a modern galley styled kitchen that has a built in electric oven and electric hob, microwave and standard utilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier with plenty of cupboard space. Upstairs at Pine Cottage in Maenporth, there are two bedrooms including a double bedroom and an additional room that has 3 single beds. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle as well as a wash hand basin and wc. Cottage Review:   This cottage is a little gem especially at this time of the year when all on the development is really quiet. Wildlife in abundance viewed from the sitting room window. Squirrels, rabbits, A Buzzard. Crows, blackbirds etc. The whole cottage in perfect order with every convenience spotlessly clean in every respect. WHAT A GEM! Milk and a Bottle of wine were left by the Owner which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. We shall certainly return to this spot with beaches within walking distance and lovely walks around Swanpool and the pool to boot
