Description of the holiday cottage

Orchard Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage in the village of Landimore that is to the north of the Gower Peninsula, fantastic views are available from the the rear garden out towards Llanrhidian Sands and the property has received the 'highly commended' award from the Gower Society for its sympathetic design both inside and out. A modern holiday cottage that sleeps six people, the reception rooms are incredibly spacious including the gorgeous country style kitchen with double doors that open out onto the beautiful patio area. The kitchen is designed to be the focal point of the house with a large rectangular table that seats eight people comfortably set in the heart of the kitchen, with pretty country styled kitchen units and built-in appliances set against the walls. This includes a Range style gas hob and three electric ovens as well as a built-in dishwasher, fridge and a microwave. There is additional utility room where you will find the fridge freezer, the washer dryer and has an additional sink. The lounge is designed to be cosy and comfortable and includes two sofas and a modern TV as well as sofa chairs that all centre around the wood burner, find plenty of books to read and relax with a good selection few to enjoy. There are three bedrooms at Orchard Cottagein landimore including a master bedroom that has its own ensuite shower room as well as a king-size bed, all of the bedrooms are extremely spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished. There is an additional king-size bedroom and bunk bedroom on the first floor, the bottom of the bunkbeds is actually a small double. The family bathroom is on the first floor and offers a bath, separate shower and wash basin and WC. Outside, to the rear of the property is a large lawned garden, note that this is on two levels with the top being quite high up. There is a beautiful rear patio with table and chairs where you can sit back and relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
