No 4 Lowerbourne is a cosy and homely cottage located in a quiet but conveniently central side street in the quaint village of Porlock, West Somerset. Comfortably furnished, and featuring a pleasant courtyard garden allowing al fresco dining, the property makes an excellent base for exploring Exmoor National Park, lovely surrounding villages, and the beautiful local coastline scenery.

• Open-plan ground floor living and dining area with wood-burning stove and flat screen television / DVD player

• Ground floor kitchen well equipped with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus toaster, kettle, variety of cookware and kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses, as well as small freezer under stairs

• First floor family bathroom with bath/shower over, hand basin, toilet, and heated towel rail

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets, and towels provided. (Please bring own beach towels for day trips)

• Wi-fi, electric heating, and electricity included in cost, plus basket of logs, kindling and matches provided
