Description of the holiday cottage
Mulberry is another fine example of the regeneration of what used to be part of the old Devenish Brewery area. Presented to a good standard, it is a cleverly designed property made to blend in with all the other modern styled houses in this highly sought after residential area. It has the advantage of having a small but attractive conservatory to the rear of the property, as well as being positioned within easy walking distance of the busy Brewers Quay area which is a popular venue for all visitors to Weymouth. The Dickensian shops and the many attractive coffee shops, bistros and restaurants all add to the ambiance of the Brewers Quay. The nearby Nothe Gardens are an ideal place for nature lovers where you will find a blend of pine trees, continental shrubs and seats where you can sit and look across the bay to the Isle of Portland in the West and the Purbeck coastline to the East.Sleeps: from 0 to 4
