Description of the self catering property
Mouse Cottage in Beaminster sleeps 3 people in 2 bedrooms including one single bedroom and one double bedroom. Mouse Cottage is a traditional Dorset thatched holiday cottage that dates back to the late eighteenth century and has bags of charm, great for a family with a child as it has an enclosed rear garden. Set in the pretty town of Beaminster, this cottage is also in a great location for exploring the West Dorset coast line and is a short journey tio the popular beach location of West Bay. There is a very pretty cottage style garden to the rear of Mouse Cottage with a graveled area and lawns, enclosed and child friendly. The cottage itself is seeped with charm and character as you would expect from a thatched cottage of this period. There is a warm and cosy lounge complete with woodburner to keep you warm in the winter and a flat screen tv. To the side of the sofas in the lounge, there is an entrance to a modern kitchen complete with electric oven and all of the facilities that you will need, finished in a country style and yet modern. There is a bright double bedroom with a large bed and nice views from the windows set in the thick walls. A further single bedroom also retains the traditional character of the cottage and there is also a shower room with wc and wash hand basin. Mouse Cottage in the heart of Beaminster is a character cottage and a great base for a family of 3 looking to explore Dorset.Sleeps: 3
