This is a modern, self catering holiday home in Padstow that sleeps up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms including one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom and one family bedroom that is completed to the highest standards, combining modern facilities and retaining the traditional character of this wonderful holiday home. There is a large and elegant lounge with a gas fire at Mount Pleasant in Padstow along with TV. The kitchen and open plan dining area are light and airy and there is a large solid wood dining table with seating for all.

The kitchen has a slimline dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven as well as microwave oven and there is an additional large utility room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a fridge freezer and plenty of space for storage. On the second floor at Mount Pleasant, you will find 3 bedrooms with fantastic views including a beautiful double bedroom with an adjoining sunroom that has a table and chairs and also features stunning views over the town and harbour and the Pad estuary.

There is a second bedroom with a large double bed and an additional single bed as well as a bunk bedroom with L-shaped bunk beds. The modern bathroom has an elegant bath with a handheld shower over the bath and there is also a walk-in shower as well as WC and wash hand basin.
