Millers Cottage in Upton is off a short no through road which becomes a footpath, a semi-detached, single-storey cottage with a neat, private, enclosed, decked garden with table and chairs in front.
From the garden at Millers Cottage in Upton near Bude, 3 internal steps up to attractive, roomy open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) with TV/DVD, gas fire and views at the back across the friendly owners lawn and meadows; 2 steps up to double bedroom with en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Shed with washing machine, tumble drier and space for bicycles/surfboards. No children. Brilliant for Coast Path (400 yards), beach, surfing, fishing, walking and pub/shops (800 yards); 10 minute walk from Bude's Summerleaze beach, dunes and sea pool.
