| Cottage Review:
The guy who owns this house is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He lied time after time when I was chasing him for an item left at the house and told us he was "going to" post it or that his daughters were dealing with it. This went on for around 8 months until I called him out and he told me it was sent a long time ago by post and he wasn't responsible for the post? Even though I had offered multiple times to pay for tracked postage and he just ignored me and family members who had got involved to help. This has caused me so much distr |

| Cottage Review:
This property looked promising on arrival, lovely setting on the edge of the village of Yapham, however, once inside things started to go downhill. Upstairs the carpets were frayed and coming away from the door strips creating a trip hazard, and in one of the rooms plaster was coming off the walls, my daughter vacuumed the entire upper floor before she would unpack. In the downstairs en suite, which was our room, the cushioned vinyl flooring was stained around the toilet, to be blunt the whole floor looked filthy due to the staining. I went to wash my hand |
