Description of the holiday cottage
halfway down the hill in Gorran Haven, between the village green and the Post Office and about 500 yards from the beach, a detached house in its own garden (patio, barbecue). The house has been recently enlarged and now has 4 steps up to an open porch, with door to hall; spacious open-plan living/dining/smart fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with tiled floor, beech worktops; from living area, sunny conservatory looking over the garden; utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Two ground floor bedrooms a double with en suite shower-room (suite) and pretty views of hills, and a twin; fully tiled bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Stairs up to another twin and shower-room (suite).Sleeps: from 0 to 6
