Description of the holiday cottage
Magnolia House holiday cottage in Weymouth is a detached house situated in the popular residential area of Radipole, close to local amenities but not far from the main town centre and beach which are about 1 mile away. This Victorian aged house has a restful and neutral palette of colours plus home from home conveniences which have been added to help you enjoy your stay. A nearby footpath leads to Radipole Park to reach a children's play area, tennis courts and landscaped gardens. Further on you can access an internationally renowned RSPB Nature Reserve where you could feed the ducks or walk amongst reeds and lagoons. Alternatively, continue down this path on foot or on the cycle path and you will arrive in Weymouth town centre and beach in about a 25 minutes walk. Alternatively take the bus which leaves very regularly. After returning from a day out you may choose to relax and enjoy a refreshing alfresco drink in the enclosed southerly facing garden which has a patio and lawned area. The local Spa Pub and Restaurant, just a few minutes walk serves a varied menu including a recommended Sunday carvery or BBQ and has a large garden with children's play equipment. A Morrison's Supermarket is also just a few minutes drive away. Accommodation: Lounge. Kitchen/diner. Sun room leading to utility area, patio doors to garden. 1st floor: Bedroom 1, twin single beds. Bedroom 2, kingsize double bed (5ft x 6ft 10 inches). Bedroom 3, single bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over hand basin and toilet.Best Features
