Set in 12 acres in the Gwendraeth Fach Valley to the south east of the county town of Caarmarthen, surrounded by lush agricultural rolling hills. The two bedroomed cottage sleeps 4. Renovated from a barn and milking parlour, the 250 year old property is comfortably furnished and has a wealth of beam and pine fixtures.

This is by far the nicest cottage we have had,not just in Wales.Its a quiet and peaceful area,close to lots of interesting place to visit.The weather was outstanding for march.Philip & Lynne are very friendly and helpful.The welcome pack is excellent. |

Arrived safe & sound from Co Durham by following sketch map provided once within vicinity of Cottage, took confirming assurance at Porthyrhyd P.O. Well impressed with Cottage, appearance, cleanliness, all facilities and secluded aspect. All ideal for our relaxing interlude, espesially how dog friendly for our Border Terrier, Blue, who ran around two adjoining fields together with Lynne & Philip's two labradors at every oppertunity. Everything was hassel free, with best and unexpected comprehensive welcome pack that ensured we had provisions immediately to hand with no need to scout around to find where to shop.. We were made most welcome and certainly intend to make repeat visits. |

We had a wonderful journey From Tunbridge wells to south wales.we were so welcomed by Lynn and Phil. The property and surounding countryside is breath taking, the couple have a lovely field where you can take your dog for a walk,with far reaching views, Our 2 weeks holiday was wonderful, infact we are going there again in 2012, would recommend highly |
