| Cottage Review:
We stayed at the beautiful Maerdy lodge in Solva for Christmas 2019. We brought lots of Christmas decoration which were not needed, the place was beautifully decorated with a tree, mice pies and wine. Our host was lovely and very friendly, he came over introduced himself and gave us great tips. There was a great book with information to needed to know. The cottage itself was lovely and cosy, the lounge was wonderful with comfy sofas and warm fire. Great kitchen and large dining table which was perfect for Christmas Day. | Cottage Review:
We have just spent a lovely few days at this very spacious cottage. We were a party of 4 (two couples) so we didn't use the two upstairs bedrooms but they were both very spacious. The downstairs en-suite bedroom was huge, the other double room next to the bathroom was smaller. The cottage was always lovely and warm with the central heating and electric fire in the fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed with lovely views over the garden. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, I would advise taking lots of groceries with you as there are no shops in the |
