Description of the holiday cottage
Lodore is a traditional semi-detached house located in a quaint country lane on the Isle of Wight. Close to local beaches and attractions, Lodore makes an ideal base to explore the Isle of Wight or just get away from it all.
Inside, the property has a traditional layout with feature fire places. The kitchen offers a modern touch of design while the living area is homely and welcoming. The whole interior blends old and new for a welcoming and efficient home from home. Outside, the property has a sunny courtyard ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing. There's parking for two cars at the front of the house.
Local shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes are close by in Freshwater, Yarmouth or Totland. Colwell Bay is the nearest family beach, while the popular surfing beach of Compton Bay is a short drive along the coast. The West Wight Sports Centre, complete with swimming pool is based in Freshwater, perfect for entertaining the whole family.
