A superbly presented holiday cottage by the beach with fantastic views from the huge bay window so that you can see the beach and seascape whatever the weather. Little Trelawns is perfect rain or shine with a fantastic front garden that has a patio area with a large table, chairs and benches so that you can sit back and relax, enjoy a meal outside in the sunshine and soak in the fantastic views. The sitting area is incredibly spacious complete with 2 sofas and a table and chairs that seats four set right by the window. Little Trelawns also benefits from a large open plan kitchen and dining area with a big dining table that seats up to 8 people, modern kitchen with a range style electric oven and hob, kitchen is fitted with all appliances including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and a freezer. There are two bedrooms at this property, both have en suites and both are king-size double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath and the other king-size double bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath, shower over the bath, WC and a wash hand basin. This is a very large property for four people with a range of modern facilities including a large 50 inch flatscreen TV and additional TV in the first floor sitting room.
