Description of the holiday cottage
Libbys Cottage Is a beautiful two bedroom holiday cottage set in the heart of Polperro in Cornwall in Warren. This area is one of the most popular locations for tourists with a range of shops, high quality restaurants and pubs within walking distance, ideally located with all of the attractions of this gorgeous village surrounding Libby's cottage. Libby's cottage is one of the most prominent buildings, a grade 2 listed building of Georgian designed with a fantastic history going back to the 16th century. The cottage itself is beautifully presented and retains many of the characteristics and features, protected by its grade 2 listed status including exposed stone walls and original features. On the second floor at Libby's cottage, you will find the living room complete with 2 sofas, 2 window seats and 2 chairs. There is a log effect electric fire along with a TV that has free view as well as an iPod dock and DVD player. The kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor with an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine and the dining area has seating for four with an additional window seat. The family bathroom is also on the ground floor with a double shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a small patio area to the front with seating for four people. Both bedrooms at Libby's cottage in Polperro are on the first floor including a master bedroom that has a double bed as well as wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom with a dresser and a wardrobe.Best Features
