Location

The property is located on the outskirts of Godshill, a quintessential English village. Godshill is characterised by its charming thatched cottages, delightful Medieval church and a winding main street lined with tearooms.

The village itself is host to many attractions including the Model Village and The Old Smithy, a former blacksmiths forge, which is now a tearoom, gift shop and fashion boutique. Contributing to the village's old-world charm are numerous shops offering local crafts and produce, such as ciders, pickles, mustards and biscuits. There is also a handful of traditional pubs including The Taveners, a true country pub and restaurant passionate about using local produce.

For a greater selection of amenities, Shanklin is only a five minute drive away. The town is famed for its good weather, safe sandy beach and the picturesque Old Village. The seafront is the focal point of the town with several eating establishments and pubs. In the summer months a small road train provides a service to the town centre and Old Village.
