Description of the holiday cottage

Lamellen Lodge holiday cottage sleeps up to 5 people and is near to St Kew and St Tudy in North Cornwall with a fantastic heritage. Lamellen Lodge is a former Victorian gate lodge in the grounds of the Lamellen Estate.

Lamellen Lodge was built to safeguard the entrance to Lamellan House and its 18 acres of gardens, full of magnificent trees and shrubs collected since 1849, which you are welcome to roam. Also, 80 acres of private woodland and riverbanks to walk and cycle. Inside, unfussy decor, comfortable and very private, low ceilings downstairs.

The living room at Lamellen Lodge has a woodburner and TV with a DVD player and small dining room or snug with a TV/DVD, both with view to garden. Lamellen Lodge has a fitted kitchen and dining room with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble drier and also has a door to private enclosed patio and a toilet.

Upstairs at Lamellen Lodge, there are three bedrooms including a double (6' zip-linked bed or twin, TV), a double (5' bed), and a single; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Spring water.
