Lake View offers luxury accommodation and is set over three floors with fantastic views and is superbly appointed. On the ground floor at Lake View in Millbrook, there is an under the property garage as well as a ground floor double bedroom and a stunning cinema room that has a huge smart TV with sofas that are sumptuous and surrounding the wall mounted ultra high-tech television. On the first floor, there is a very smart open plan living space with large sofas that surround yet another huge wall mounted TV with sliding doors that access the rear garden and patio area. There is also a modern wood burner within the lounge and plenty of games and a Blue Ray player. The modern kitchen and dining area are all set in the same space where there is a designer wooden table that seats 10 people as well as a breakfast bar that seats three people to the side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself is superbly appointed, relaxing with modern fitted appliances including an electric oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms with a king-size double bedroom that has its own ensuite shower room, a walk-in shower and a Juliet balcony. There is also a second super king-size double bedroom that can be converted to a twin and a further twin bedroom. The family bathroom for Lake View second floor that has a walk-in double shower along with a separate bath, WC and wash hand basin. The extremely well thought out and presented garden has a range of patio furniture as well as a barbecue and is accessed by two sliding doors from the living area on the first floor.
