Description of the holiday cottage
Jordan House holiday cottage in Boscastle is on a bustling little residential lane, Jordan House is a stylish semi-detached family home on three levels with courtyard garden (table/chairs, not enclosed, neighbour has access across) and close to the village. Three steps up to front door into hall at Jordan House in the heart of Boscastle; fitted Shaker-style kitchen/dining room (microwave, dishwasher, range-style cooker, iPod dock) with big pine table/chairs and slate floor. Small, cosy living room with big sofas, open fire, TV/DVD and colourful prints of Cornish scenes.
Stairs down to shower-room (suite) and utility room (washing machine, sink). From the hall, steep stairs up to two bedrooms including a double, and a twin, both with views over the courtyard. Bathroom (suite with roll-top bath plus hand-shower). Jordan House is a charming house with lots of character, perfect if you are looking for a character holiday cottage in Boscastle.

| Cottage Review:
This is lovely cottage and very well presented. The house manager was very helpful and we arrived to a lovely cream tea and a beautiful bunch of cornish flowers. We did not encounter any of the issues previous guests had reported and if we returned to Boscastle we would definitely book this cottage again. |

| Cottage Review:
Extremely disappointed in the cottage - very neglected, run down and dirty. Cupboards had spilled coffee and grease in them and had to be cleaned before putting food away. Chipped paintwork, grime and dirty marks on walls, no lights in lower floor utility room so could not see to use washing machine, mattress cover filthy. |

No saucepans .. no hot water ... no heating ... shared garden .... needs new carpet in bedroom ... shower rubbish to small and shower head broke |
