Comfortable family home with large enclosed garden located in the heart of the Gower Peninsula. Tranquil village setting with rural and estuary views. The Gower peninsula was designated as Britain's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) in 1956 and has beautiful unspoiled scenery and coastline.Best Features
Four bedrooms, family bathroom and separate shower room, two sitting rooms both with freeview television, fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen. Sun terrace, large drive with ample off road parking for several cars, three lawn areas. The secluded, enclosed rear lawn is suitable for ball and racquet games.
