Hideaway Barn holiday cottage in Charlestown is tucked away in Charlestown, approached over 100 yards of private hardcore lane, an attractive single-storey detached cottage recently converted from an old barn. At the back, a meadow adjacent to a playing field (setting for the village regatta from 25 to 31 July); in front, gravelled access to the cottage and to the friendly owners house; to one side, a neat paved, sunny garden area (table/chairs). Hideaway Barn in Charlestown description from the garden, double doors into open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob/electric oven) with TV/DVD and iPod dock. Two bedrooms, both with big floor-to-ceiling windows between original granite pillars, a double bedroom with en suite shower-room (suite), and a twin (truckle). Bathroom (suite, shower over bath). External utility room (washing machine). A comfy base within walking distance of three pubs, restaurants and the beach and within easy reach of good golf and beautiful gardens to visit.Sleeps: 4
