| Cottage Review:
The lodge is beautiful and very well equipped, situated next to the ponds complete with ducts and waterfall. Dean and Angela are fantastic hosts, very enthusiastic to help in any way they can. The lodge was imaculately clean with lots of homely touches. A very nice welcome hamper sat on the side as we arrived. Some thought and care had gone in to this. Situated below and behind the farm house the lodge is very secluded with the very large secure dog pen a 1 minute walk away. Views from the pen looking across the hills and dales is wonderful. Highly recommended for those who love the peace and solitude. There are lots of great foody pubs nearby (long hike or short drive) all with fantastic views. We have had a brilliant 4 days here. |
