| Cottage Review:
We stayed at Hedgehog Cottage for four nights. The cottage is well equipped in all areas, spotlessly clean and fresh and definitely had enough space for two people!! We had been left a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, juice, biscuits and croissants!! There were plenty of towels, storage space and lovely little homely touches around the cottage. The London Inn pub is literally over the courtyard from the cottage. They do a good range of food and various drinks, especially Cornish drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pub has an outside area to drink in as well as a play area for children. The pub has live music on at times and also a quiz on one of the nights we were there. This cottage (and the other cottages in the row behind the pub) is a fabulous base to explore North Cornwall. We visited Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Bude, Widemouth Bay, Hart land Point, Tamar Lakes and many others, all within 30 minutes drive. We would definitely recommend this accomodation and would definitely be returning!! |
