Description of the self catering
Hawkins Haven is a popular holiday apartment towards the edge of Falmouth and yet is just a 15 minute walk into the heart of the town. This modern holiday apartment in Falmouth is extremely spacious and very well presented with a balcony offering stunning views over towards the Fal. Ideal if you are looking for a modern holiday apartment in a quiet area in Falmouth that sleeps up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, Hawkins Haven does not accept pets and offers modern and open plan living accommodation, this is also a non-smoking holiday property. Hawkins Haven has accommodation all set on one level including two bedrooms, one of these is a king-size double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom that has a wash hand basin, WC and a bath with a shower over the bath. There is a further double bedroom that also has its own ensuite bathroom. The living accommodation is open plan in one large space with contemporary striped sofas in the lounge facing the flatscreen TV and a large table that seats up to 6 people. Direct access from this area through sliding doors to the balcony with outdoor furniture and great views. To the side of the modern kitchen with pastoral colours and plenty of cupboard space, and electric oven and hob as well as a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer dryer. | Cottage Review:
Good points- kitchen well equipped for self catering, able to cook and do the washing. The rooms are spacious with en-suite in both bedrooms, note; beds are doubles and not twin so not suitable for non couples. Good views across the harbour and a tiny balcony but not private so be aware of sitting next to the neighbours from flat below! Bad points- The windows in bedrooms and the lounge can not be opened due to them being painted shut to the window frames, it looks like its been like that for years.
