This detached property is located just under two miles from the historic town of Colwyn Bay. Its situation provides it with stunning views of the local countryside and the owner's farmland. In the summer months, the property acts as a sun trap, adding to its light and airy ambience. Electric panel and supplementary heaters keep the property cosy and snug during the colder months, enabling you to enjoy a memorable break at any time of year. With two bedrooms, parties of up to four people can be easily accommodated and there are fantastic views of the locality from the sitting room. There is access to local walks and cycle-paths, making this the perfect setting for a long or short holiday.
