| Cottage Review:
Excellent cottage, great location for local walks and exploring Hadrian's Wall. The owner Andrew met us on the first day and explained how to use the Aga and open fire. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and once I got my head round the aga it was a joy to cook on. The cottage is very spacious, the recliner sofa and open fire was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Locally there are plenty of pubs and an adequate sized co-op just a stones throw from the cottage. We have stayed in many self catering cottages over the years and this is undoub |

By far the best cottage we have had the privilege to stay in Andrew and Sarah the owners are fantastic I hope they never change anything the Aga is amazing to cook on Beds are very comfortable there is everything you need to enjoy your stay we will definitely be returning for more visits The pubs in the village are very dog friendly and the locals make you feel welcome also |
