| Cottage Review:
We have recently returned from a week here. It is a beautiful little home, very well equipped, they have thought of everything! It's right in the middle of things, hear restaurants and shops, and of course the harbour, as lovely as this is, the front bedroom seems to pick up all the noise! The roof terrace is lovely and it states yes they are steep but manageable however would be a nightmare with little people. I booked this property specifically because it had parking, however this was a nightmare, to access the carpark you have to navigate the very tiny streets and many people (which is to be expected) the problem was that people were parking wherever they wanted, even though the spaces are clearly labelled, we returned many times to not be able to park, this then caused stress and anxiety if we went out as to whether we would be able to park! Also to access the car park on foot, it states a short walk, yes itbis but really should say how steep the hill is to access the dark park, if your not fit you will struggle also fery difficult to unload/load your car as you cannot park anywhere near to the accommodation, if you are lucky you might be able to pull in near the slipway cafe, but gets very busy!:it's a real shame as the house is lovely |
