Gower Place holiday cottage offers home from home styled holiday accommodation and is set in the heart of the Mumbles, a bustling and popular holiday location that is the gateway to the Gower and has a great reputation for its restaurants, cafes and pubs with a range of amenities tailored towards holidaymakers. Gower Place offers modern and bright self catering accommodation that is spacious and comes with a range of amenities including a TV with Apple TV and a music centre. There is an open plan living area complete with leather sofas set around the flatscreen TV, wooden flooring and a hearth rug in front of the fire with the dining area and dining table that seats four people to the rear of the living area. The fully fitted kitchen includes a Smegg oven and hob as well as a Smegg dishwasher and a washer dryer. There are two bedrooms at Gower Place in the Mumbles including a king-size bedroom with its own TV and dressing table, as well as an additional twin bedroom with two single beds, both these are located on the first floor. The family bathroom is also on the first floor and has a bath and separate shower as well as a WC and wash hand basin. The rear of the property is an enclosed garden with patio area and outdoor rattan furniture, a table and picnic bench.
