Gilcar Farm has three luxury holiday cottages set in the idyllic Yorkshire countryside, in Emley near Huddersfield. Each self-catering cottage is unique, as they have been transformed from unused farm buildings. While the location of the holiday accommodation is rural, you will be within easy travelling distance of Leeds, Bradford, Eureka! The National Children's Museum, the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Hepworth Gallery.Best Features
The Barn holiday cottage can sleep up to eight people, in its one king-size and three double bedrooms.
Downstairs is open-plan with a spacious York stone flagged lounge area and traditional country kitchen, complete with range cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The patio doors lead out to an enclosed seating area from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the local countryside.
A feature glass balustraded staircase takes you up to the carpeted first floor, where you will find the bedrooms and large bathroom.
