Enjoyed a midweek break at this lovely well equipped cottage.The owners live next door and are very friendly but not intrusive. The village is an ideal location for anyone new to this part of the country and for exploring the area. |

Just returned from having a super break at Fuchsia Cottage. Perfect location in a very pretty village. Cottage had everything we needed. Local pubs serving lovely food. Would definitely stay again |

| Cottage Review:
We stayed at Fuchsia cottage for a week in march 2016. It is a very well equipped cottage and very well presented. Janet and Neil made us very welcome. The log burner makes it very cosy - we had to turn off the electric heating throughout the cottage once it was lit. We did something different every day, from a steady walk to Low and High Force waterfalls to a full day at Beamish museum. |
