Cottage Review:

My partner and I spent Xmas and New Year at Fleurs Cottage with my son and partner, toddler granddaughter and two dogs. Initially we had concerns that it would be smaller than it appeared on photographs so were pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually much bigger than it appeared. The spacious entrance hall provided more than adequate space to hang coats, store shoes and park a pushchair. The utility room, off the dining/conservatory area, was a good place to leave wet dogs to dry! The lounge and cinema rooms were comfortable and cosy, offering opp

Cottage Review:

We stayed in the cottage the week before the last reviewer and yes the outside steps are a little bit strange and could do with some light but there ok. The grass had been cut the week before and as the weather was quite bad all the Apple trees had seen fit to drop all there fruit making it look a bit scruffy. But what a lovely cottage ,spotless. All you could need , wood fires , tv room ,range cooker , we liked it so much we're going back next June. P.s. We've both 72 and not all that tall ,

Cottage Review:

Fleurs is located in the lovely village of Gunnislake. Furniture and equipment is first class. Great attention to detail. We found though it isn?t suitable for children or those less mobile as there are both inside and outside a great number of variable height steps lots of which are not easy to see. The stairs are very steep. The garden is not up to the standard it was when the website pictures were taken. The keysafe is also out of reach of short people. So if you are a fit fourty year old couple give it a go. If you are a pensioner have a long hard think
