Entrance from parking space across patio area into Lounge/Diner/Kitchen with TV/DVD.Electric Oven,Gas Hob,Microwave,Dishwasher,Fridge-Freezer and Washer-Dryer.Hallway to Bedroom with2x3ft.beds, Bedroom with 4ft6ins bed.Both bedrooms have door to patio area and views to Island and across St.Ives Bay.Bathroom with shower over bath,washbasin,W.C.heated towel rail and shaver point.Further W.C. with handbasin.Electricity/gas inclusive. Gas central Heating.Duvets and pillows provided as arebed linen and towels.Parking outside property for one car.One pet is allowed. No smoking.Damage deposit £100.

Situated in an elevated position, this ground floor apartment has excellent views of the Island and across St.Ives Bay. The apartment is spacious and has been finished to a very high standard. Parking Space , Patio area with seating ,central heating .

Great location, parking space, modern layout has everything you can need. Great views for new years fireworks. Will go again.

Cottage Review:  

Excellent position within St.Ives. There is a very small parking space and access to this is very restricted by other vehicles parking in front of the space which results in a 6 point manoeuvre to park your car. The flat was well appointed however, this has not been maintained and was generally grubby. The duvets and pillows were stained and had previous guests hairs and crumbs on them. Cobwebs were on the dinning room chairs. The bath plughole would not open and when I investigated found that it was completely clogged with hair and this made the bathroom smell musty. There was also a film of dust on most surfaces that has been there for a while. Not recommended
