| Cottage Review:
The cottage was clean and comfortable, but it was over stocked with crockery and under stocked with cooking utensils, leaving no space to store food. We couldn't get into the property until 4.00pm, and when we arrived it was dark, cold, wet and windy. We had been advised that the property was No 9, however we discovered that No 9 was already occupied. Also the instructions were that the key safe was to the right of the door. We eventually discovered that the cottage was the other side of the parking space access from No 9 and there was NO key safe on the building. Using the phone number provided we rang the owners only to find as other occupants had done that their phone was switched off. It was only with the assistance of the person living in No 9 that we found the key safe on his house together with about 6 more, mostly un numbered, and gained access. We stayed in the property for one week and received no reply from our phone call to the owners. |
