We had a great time staying in this property. Everything has been restored to a high quality. The location is ideal for exploring Cornwall?s beauty spots like Padstow, Rock and the Camel trail. The power shower and bath were a real treat to return to at the end of a busy day at the beach. It was lovely being able to walk into Wadebridge for a nice breakfast or to have a delicious evening meal. The property was very quiet too. Brilliant find !

My mum and I stayed in this beautiful cottage in a chilly October. The real fire, lovely bath and good insulation meant that we were toasty warm in the evenings after long days out exploring.

Every part of the cottage has been refurbished, without losing the original charm, with some lovely attention to detail and as such it felt very homely.

The location of the cottage is ideal for visiting the local area. There are some great eating places in Wadebridge not to mention the delights of Padstow, Port Issac and the surrounding beautiful bays and beaches which

A little gem in the centre of Wadebridge within walking distance of all amenities. The cottage was cosy, very clean and modern .. just right for us. The owners had certainly taken the trouble to make this an ideal rental and were really good at giving information about the cottage and the local area. We loved the Camel Trail and the surrounding villages and coastal areas. Thank you so much!

We (2 adults and an 11 year old) spent a week in Eddystone Cottage in August 18.

The cottage itself is charming, well decorated, clean, well arranged and easy

to live in. A wood burner has been installed and was primed to go - great when

the weather turns cold. A couple of minutes walk to the Camel Trail to Padstow

and bike hire. Good Thai restaurant in town. What is there not to like?

We had a lovely week at Eddystone Cottage with our 9 month old daughter. The cottage is beautifully decorated, and in an ideal location for exploring the Camel Trail. The weather was incredible and very hot, but the cottage remained blissfully cool inside! Extremely helpful owners too. Would recommend!

Cottage Review:

We fell in love with this cottage as soon as we walked through the door. It has been lovingly refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with many thoughtful touches and spotlessly clean. Whilst it can't boast a view, there is plenty of outdoor space in the form of a lawned garden at the front of the cottage. Local shops, bars and restaurants are literally a minute's walk away as is the river. The cottage is right on the Camel Trail so very handy for anyone wanting to cycle.

I would maybe hesitate to recommend this to anyone with limited mobility as the stairs are steep and narrow (as you would expect of a cottage of this age) and the bathroom is on the ground floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous little cottage.
