Description of the cottage holiday

The East Barns are two barns next to each other at Fernhill Farm near to Wootton Bridge and Ryde on the Isle of Wight that can be booked together and combined sleep a total of eight people and have four bedrooms, both barns are dog friendly. The barns are similarly styled throughout and are modern conversions on a farm that is close to the popular village of Wootton Bridge, a popular village on the Isle of Wight near to the beachside town of Ryde. There are two barns, Lacewood barn and Oak barn that are similarly styled through out with wood burners in each of the living areas and the outside areas can be combined to create one large enclosed space.

Both of the barns have open plan styled living, dining and kitchen areas and both have double doors leading onto their own individual patios and gardens. Lacewood Barn has two leather sofas as well as two armchairs and a wall mounted flatscreen TV and Oak Barn has a three seater sofa along with a leather armchair and a slightly larger wall mounted flatscreen TV. The dining area in both properties have a good size oak table with seating for four people, the kitchens are similarly styled and both include standard appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Oak barn has a gas oven to gas hob whereas Lacewood barn has an electric oven and electric grill and hob.

Each barn has a master bedroom, both have ensuite bathrooms and have king-size double beds along with wardrobes and drawers, travel cots are available in both barns and the master bedroom in Lacewood Barn has a flatscreen TV. The additional bedrooms in each barn is a twin bedroom and both can be converted to double beds on request. Both barns have a main family bathroom complete with a bath and a shower over the bath as well as a WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rails. The ensuite's to the master bedrooms in both barns have shower cubicles, wash hand basins and WC. Wootton bridge is a popular village for tourists and the location is central with Cowes, Newport and Ryde being close by and a short drive to each of these locations.
