This close proximity to Fistral Beach makes it easy for friends and families to carry surf boards, picnics and beach gear to the beach, so there is no need to drive.Equally accessible is the River Gannel tidal estuary, an area popular with bird watchers and anglers. The beauty and tranquillity of the area makes and ideal setting for romantic walks and picnicking.Whilst in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the South West, Newquay Golf Course, which is situated directly behind Fistral Beach.
