| Cottage Review:
The owners are lovely and friendly and very helpful. My daughter loved feeding the goats and donkeys. Very secluded but couple of minutes drive to main road. Easy drive to Matlock, Bakewell and Ashbourne. Cottage has everything you need. Would definitely recommend. |

Had a three night stay with two young grand children. .Very well placed to explore Ashbourne and Peak District and handy for Alton Towers. Peaceful location. Well appointed cottage with all you would need and made very welcome. Would stay again without hesitation. |

| Cottage Review:
We had Xmas week and could not have had a better choice of cottage. Utmost peace and quiet on lovely farm. Weather was changeable but the cottage remained cosy and warm. We will certainly be returning One small suggestion could be for a radio for guests. Thank you Irene and Tom for this lovely week |
