| Cottage Review:
Our second time back with Sinead. So much so we have two weeks booked in 2023. Sinead is friendly, does everything she can to make you feel welcome. Lovely welcome cake left for us on arrival. Our two dogs love it here as so peaceful and just like home. The house is perfect, spacious, spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. House has everything you need. Dereen Gardens are a must. Helen?s bar is excellent. We went to the bamboo gardens but must be under new management or heading that way as very neglected. Quite slippery under foot. Very disappointing. Some nice walks but needs a good spruce up. Shop, deli, petrol station in Ardgroom. Also post office. Lovely and friendly. Definitely worth spending your money on a holiday in Sineads beautiful house. Thank you. See you next year. Helen Stephen Ty and Goose x. Co. Mayo |

| Cottage Review:
Amazing house with beautiful views. Located halfway down the Beara Peninsula at the foot of the Healy Pass so ideal for touring the Ring Of Beara and getting into West Cork in minutes over the Pass. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Didn?t want for anything there and hated leaving! Peddles and Boots Cafe down the road is well worth a visit, but I would recommend having a car as the location is quite remote (which is what we wanted). No immediate neighbors so house very private. Kenmare is about 25 mins by car and some very nice restaurants and shop |

The house is perfect for exploring Kerry and the location is absolutely stunning. We had a fabulous 3 days here and would definitely recommend it. |

This house is stunning! Such a great location. We took our 2 dogs with us and they had a ball too! It is out the way a bit (nearest pub 4km, shops 30 mins drive. There maybe a local shop open during the summer 10 mins walk) this wasn't an issue for us. There were so many lovely walks on the doorstep. We even walked the 4km there and back to the pub one evening and they allowed the dogs in. (Food nothing special at the pub but cheap and cheerful and staff lovely. We even went for a quick pint on the way home with only the card, which they dont except and they |

Located between Kenmare and Castletownbere, nestled among the mountains, magnificent base for touring both Cork and Kerry, very clean and tidy new property,beautiful property with everything you could need. |
