Nice deco touches and heating works , unfortunately after that all downhill !!

At check in ( 8 Adults) crockery and cutlery found to be dirty , put in dishwasher came out worse than they went in - we had to clean the filter of grease and debris with a scraper, it then worked properly.

An annexe for two people had one dirty plate and one bowl in thr kitchen

A room dependant on 4 wall lights had two not working - we swapped bulbs for new ones still didn't work.

We could see food and kichen debris on an 8 mm gap between the cooker and adjacent kitchen unit. Owner/ letting agent implied difficult to clean , needs torch etc - General cleaning is not the responsibity of visiting clients , either the owner ot letting agents ate responsible and obviously failimg.

Really, really disappointed in a property described as "Luxurious" as are the other 7 adults.

My partner and I visited Crosston Farm for a weekend with 4 of our friends. The house itself is so beautiful and has clearly had a lot of care and thought put in to the detail, with cosy blankets galore. We took full advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed a weekend of eating and drinking in front of the amazing open fire in the lounge.

It is very spacious, so despite the remoteness of the house it doesn?t feel at all claustrophobic, with all of us having our own space to relax. Sophie and Tamara are incredibly accommodating and communicative ho

They farm is decorated so beautifully, it was clean and had everything we needed.

We never used the hot tub as the weather was really bad, but looks the part. Beds really comfortable, showers great, log fire beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely farmhouse. Everything we needed was there and there was lots of room for six of us and two dogs. Plenty to see and do for a long weekend. Good pubs and lovely walks nearby. Would definitely return and highly recommend

I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone. The landlord is extremely rude, smells of cigarettes at all times, the rooms are dirty, dusty and definitely not worth the money. I went there with my friends and it was awful. The water wasn't working, the heating couldn't be turned on, only two power plugs were working. There were people walking around the house and looking through the windows. Extremely disappointed with the property and will NOT recommend to anyone.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location. The farm has been decorated to a very high and sympathetic standard. Holidayed with 4 adults and 4 children, everyone had a great time! The wood burning hot tub was an excellent bonus! Highly recommend a visit!
