Craken Wartha holiday cottage in Crackington Haven, about a mile up from the beach and pub, an upside down detached house with terrific long valley views to the sea. Craken Wartha is one of four set back from the beach road with a little garden at the rear, backing on to wooded valley meadows. Craken Wartha in Crackington Haven has all the benefits of modern insulation and solar panels and is stylish and uncluttered. Upstairs, spacious open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, granite worktops) with beautiful Carpenter Oak beams, floor-to-ceiling windows filling the room with sunlight, oak floor, woodburner, iPod dock and glazed doors to large balcony and fabulously serene sea views; double bedroom (5' bed) with the great view and en suite loo. Downstairs at Craken Wartha, there is a hall with limestone floor; two more bedrooms including a twin, and a double (5' bed), and bathroom (suite); den with TV/DVD, toys and glazed doors to decking; utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) with shower cubicle; store room (freezer). PO/shop, 400 yards. Arrival after 3.30pm. A lovely house at any time of year.Sleeps: 6
