Cragside cottage was great. Extremely well equipped & comfortable. It suited our agenda for a walking holiday perfectly. Lock up the car, step out of the door & pick a different direction for a good walk. Highly recommended. |

| Cottage Review:
We stayed for a 7-day break but could easily have stayed longer. Such a relaxing holiday because the cottage is so lovely and comfortable. It is located in a stunning part of Hebden Bridge and so much to do right on the doorstep (Lumb Falls, Heptonstall, Hardcastle Crags) you don't need to get in the car if you don't want to. Walking into Hebden Bridge is also advised as you get to see the beautiful riverside woodland along the River Calder. The cottage has been renovated to a high spec and the interiors are beautiful, contemporary and clean. We had everything we needed for our break and it was always a joy to come back to the cottage and relax. All the rooms are decorated to a very good quality and the double shower was most welcome after long days walking. The owner was always extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The welcome basket was also a lovely touch. Would love to go back again. |
