| Cottage Review:
This was our first stay in Tideswell even though we have visited the area many times. It's a great base, close to Bakewell, Chatsworth etc. and some excellent walks. The village has everything you need, a co-op and village shop, bakery, butchers, two chip shops, three pubs and a number of cafes. The cottage itself was lovely, the best we've stayed in so far, we felt right at home from the start. It was very comfortable and cosy, had everything you'd need and was furnished to a high standard. We are still at Corner Cottage for a few more days and I can say this is one of the best cottages we have stayed in . I will break this review down into the cottage review and surroundings review . The cottage is a traditional stone cottage and is like a tardis . The kitchen / diner is great . A top class kitchen with all new epuipment . Everything you need is here and more besides .
