| Cottage Review:
We stayed at this property in July 2017. The list of faults is endless how this flat was allowed to be let I cannot imagine. We have contacted both Sykes and the owners(The Masons) rep. Both have failed to respond. I was asked to give a report to the owners and promised a refund or part of the ?600 plus paid for 7days. The flat was grubby, no ventilation,no windows in bedrooms,parking area dangerous with broken drain cover,dining area leaking,bathroom no ventilation, 4 expel airs all controlled by one pull switch only one of which worked. | Cottage Review:
Whoever did the description for this property has a very agile mind. This property is really a one bedroom with two large closets with a single bed in each. There is extremely little ventilation, kitchen vent fan (works but very noisy) and one other working exhaust vent. There were air fresheners in every room, it stank, were they trying to cover something up? I shrink-wrapped them all. There is limited privacy, the entry door could have some net curtains. There are NO instructions for renters - when is garbage to be taken out, where is nearest hospital/E |
