… 2 miles from St Ives, in the village of Halsetown (good food pub, shop, riding stables), a delightful, self-contained studio apartment attached to the friendly owners’ pretty cottage. You have your own private garden (table/chairs), just right for relaxing after a day on the beach. Plenty of room outside for storing wetsuits, surfboards and bicycles. Local access to lovely footpaths leading into surrounding hills and countryside; regular summer bus shuttle from nearby campsite to St Ives.The apartment is south-facing with lovely countryside views. Entrance into small conservatory with table/chairs and another comfy chair. Compact kitchen/dining room (microwave, larder fridge) with table/chairs. Light and airy open-plan living room with woodburner, TV/DVD and sleeping area with double bed (5’). Shower-room (wet-room suite). No pre-crawling babies. A peaceful place, conveniently close to St Ives and with great appeal for artists, beach lovers, surfers, walkers and cyclists or for simply soaking up the beautiful countryside.Sleeps: 2
