Chough Cottage, Heavitree Road, Kingsand And Cawsand, Cornwall inc Scilly, PL10 1NP

Description of the cottage holiday

Chough Cottage in Kingsand, an 'upside down' little house with good sea views, snuggled in a row of 18th cent. houses, 150 yards up from the beach and 60 yards from the Coast Path. Access is from a narrow lane which has no passing traffic. Hall (for coats/boots) and 3 steps up to two bedrooms a twin, and a double (TV/DVD) with French windows to a tiny courtyard, imaginatively done just for two; loo.

From the hall at Chough Cottage in Kingsand, stairs (stairgate) up to light, open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) with TV/DVD/Blu-ray/PVR, pine floor (rug) and those lovely time-wasting sea views binoculars provided to study the shipping which passes. Also from the hall, more stairs down to smart, roomy bathroom (bath, separate shower, washbasin, washer-drier). Loading and unloading, 30 yards away; car park, 200 yards. Thoroughly well done, comfortable and convenient.

The owners have gone out of their way to give the cottage a 'homely' feel. It is comfortable, warm and 'snug'. The 'cares of the world' will feel as distant as the moon, which incidentally you can observe at night with the binoculars provided, over the

A wonderful cottage in the picturesque village of Kingsland. The cottage has everything you need with a breath taking sea view. An ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries. There are fantastic coastal walks, lovely quiet beaches and pubs with well kept beer!
